We provide infrastructure engineering manpower & equipment from start to finish, i.e. project management, support and administration. Our team combines a remarkable experience on various large infrastructure projects and a deep knowledge o worldwide accepted standards (SB, EN, DIN, ASTM, AASHTO, ACI, etc), on the directive frames for concession projects / projects co-funded by EU and on the FIDIC clauses / procedures. Company's members include engineers and technicians of all specialties, many of whom have experience in Large Infrastructure Projects in several countries. Our services range from full integrated project management, administration and support teams to independent engineering services.

The teams are staffed adequately on Site, based on the Contract needs and provisions for the Management of the Project, with recorded Operating Procedures, Organization Chart and Jobs Descriptions.

Use of specialized software (Primavera etc). Adequate Works Breakdown based on the International Specs of Project Management. Precise and detailed analysis of Works Cost and Scheduling

Responsibility of Managing and Supporting Special Structures like Major Bridges of all types, Tunnels, Special Structures Foundation Projects, Geotechnical Campaigns and Projects, Special and advanced E/M Installations etc.

Responsibility of completing part of a Project with full set of deliverables and “As Built” data

It is the most advanced practice of cooperation in the Construction Industry. The teams are staffed adequately on Site, based on the Contract needs and provisions for the Management of the Project, with recorded Operating Procedures, Organization Chart and Jobs Descriptions. In parallel it is provided a supporting team available to the Client, constituted by specialized Engineers, for the resolution of possible special engineering problems that might be raised during the Project Evolution.

Management of Motorways Operation and Maintenance aiming either the full setting up of Processes, Procedures and Documentation of Motorways under Construction Completion and hand over or the restructuring of Motorways under Operation. Full transfer of knowhow to the Client team targeting to the improvement of their organization and capabilities.

Compilation of Measurements Sheets in accordance to the Legislation and the Project Contractual Documents

Precise and documented support of Contractual Claims and Compensations. Consultancy on the Contract provisions in favor of the Client

Organization and implementation of adequate Quality Management Systems tailor made for the needs of the Project object. Full responsibility in Organizing and Implementing Project's Quality Control Management and Monitoring, in establishing the Project Site Labs etc.

Establishment and operation of Supervising mechanisms and teams for Concessions Project, in the form of the Concession Project Independent Engineer.
